— Getting Started —

A simple and very effective way to get your project of to a good start. I will personally take your call and answer any questions you might have about land planning, architecture, interior design, construction and costing. With over 35 years of experience in both commercial and residential design and construction I can address any questions that you may have in a 20 minutes phone consultation.

— Meeting at Your Home —

We will meet you at your home and spend two hours with you helping you define your Goals, discuss Concepts, Budget and advise you on what steps you need to take for your project. 

After our working session we will send to you:
• A Written Summary of the Meeting with further recommendations.
• A Site Diagram showing physical site constraints including required setbacks, density, coverage and height restrictions. 

— Defining Specific Design Goals —

We will meet you at your home with a licensed Contractor to discuss your project in detail and address all aspects of your project. The contractor will be one that we have worked with and who fair in his pricing and who will fit the needs of your job.

After our working session we will send to you:
• A Written Summary of the Meeting with further recommendations.
• A Written Summary Identifying the Important Design Goals of your project.
• A Scope of Work Drawing showing the main features of your project.
• A Preliminary Construction Cost Estimate prepared by the Contractor.
